Partially broken seal on new cans

I just received my first order of snus from SnusCentral.com. I ordered 5 cans of Skruf and 4 of the cans had a partially broken seal. The rest of my order appeared fine.  Has anyone else had this type of experience with their snus orders?

That used to happen back in the days when snus was sent through regular post.

Send an email to SnusCentral, they will probably straighten it out.

Just received my 40 can order from SnusCentral last Monday. My order was perfect as always. No issues at all. Just like cnash said earlier, just email or contact them and im sure they will take care of it.

SnusCentral refunded the amount of the open cans with no issue. I was really wondering if this was normal or just an anomaly, which I'm guessing that's what it is.

Anytime when something is shipped there is a chance of issues. Glad it was resolved quickly and easily.

It's not a common occurrence.
